Michelle Felman

Michelle Felman is an accomplished executive with more than 30 years of experience in the real estate and investment industries. Ms. Felman was appointed to the Board of Directors of Cushman & Wakefield in 2023. Most recently she served as Executive Vice President, Co-Head of Acquisitions and Capital Markets at Vornado Realty Trust, a fully integrated equity real estate investment trust. Previously, she was Managing Director for Global Business Development and Portfolio Acquisitions and Business Ventures in the real estate division of GE Capital and an Associate in the real estate division of Morgan Stanley. Ms. Felman previously taught as an adjunct professor at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and currently serves as an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School in New York. She has strong corporate governance experience having served on several public and private company boards, among them Partners Group, where she served as Chair of the Investment Oversight Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Compensation and Governance Committee, and Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust, one of the largest real estate investment trusts in Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
